Welcome to Astronomy Morsels!
Explore a collection of astronomy-related spreadsheets (called "morsels").
Access a variety of handy morsels covering topics such as Spacetime (special relativity), Lagrange points (points of equilibrium), telescope equations, eclipse predictors, moon phases, planetary positions, including satellites and Jupiter's Great Red Spot, star and Messier object observations, eclipse cycles and the Sarox-Inex Panorama, some sundial designs, etc. Also, models of gear trains of astronomical clocks are analysed (e.g., Antikythera, Eise Eisinga Planetarium, Prague Orloj, Ancient Maya Solar System). These morsels are free till 31.12.2024 and I sincerely hope they aid in your astronomical interests. From 2025 on, so-called "morsel packages" will be offered for a fair/reasonable price.
Remark: all morsels are standalone spreadsheets, without any macros, there are no security issues. Instead of online apps with hidden formulas, these morsels show every calculation step and can be adjusted/improved according to your needs. All morsels have been carefully reviewed, and calculation results have been compared with other applications. But, Astronomy Morsels expresses no warranty: use is at your own risk.
Request: please share your opinion about these morsels, at least if you have downloaded one or more, positive (4-5 stars) feedback implies more and better morsels ...!

Regarding Proto Morsels: you are invited to help think how the morsel in question might look, focus on mathematical equations that can be implemented in Excel.
